On the side ... it almost looks like one of those pictures of the Okanagan Fires.
This is absolutely breathtaking! The best part is the photo appears to have captured the sight! I can only imagine how beautiful it would have looked from where you stood!
It truly was amazing. I could hardly tear myself away even as the colours began to fade. I love these moments! There were two things I felt: 1) I stumbled into this beauty by accident and 2) this painted sky was made just for me. Since they both can't be true I believe it's #2.
I wish you could have been here to see it with me.
Wow, a gorgeous photo that you actually took yourself! Reminds me of a watercolour painting--I half expect to see the signature in the bottom right-hand corner: "God."
