I've been poking away at a little cross stitcheroo. Poking has been a challenge because I either set it aside forgotten for months at a time or cross stitch until my eyes cross in kind.
The other day I came home from a day of work and found a certain Tigger in my chair with my stuff picking up my slack.
He looked a little blue though, despite the sunlight. I think it had something to do with the fact that he managed to poke the needle clean through his paw, thread and all.

What a beautiful cross stitch. I love seeing them lying around, beside big comfy chair waiting patiently for the owner to one day finish them.
Sorry poor Tigger took a nasty stitch! At least he had the common sense to stop and wait, unlike most men that forge ahead, trying to forget the pain and look tough!
I do like that he took time make himself a great cup of tea as well.
Speaking of tea, would you like to meet up next week sometime for some tea or coffee? I am no longer contagious, except to myself! My poor immune system just couldn't get rid of the cold and it did indeed turn into a sinus infection!
The boys are doing well and Em is getting through the fence!!! It looks awesome! Levi was even carrying one board at a time (1x6x6'!!!!) to Emerson. He loves to help and carried 2 screws around following Em, just in case Daddy needed them on the spur of the second!
Take care! Talk soon.
LOL! Poor Tigger, hopefully his paw will heal from the needle prick :)
Haha. What a great Mark. That was Mark, I suspect?
This was pretty funny. Cross-stitching...reminds me the good old days when I was 9 years old. ;)
Hey there!
Love the sunshine shine on the most comfy looking chair!!
I love to cross stich, it's so relazing... or at least to be back when i didn't have a computer :)
Oh it looks beautiful! I'd love to see it when you have it finished, or should I say when Tigger has it finished!!! Enjoy that chair!
Hey Kelly! Thank you. And yay! You are betta. :) I would love to "tea with thee". Next week, not so good but next next is good. Did you get pics of Levi helping Em? It sounds very sweet.
Moni - I don't believe he will ever heal. The emotional wounds of being stabbed by my husband are as deep as the physical wound itself.
Ace - It was him, indeed. Marks are great, aren't they? Yes, we have this ongoing game of "plant-Tigger-in-unsuspecting-place-to-surprise/scare-spouse" which started 1 or 2 years ago.
9 was a good year, wasn't it?
And hey. :)
Kori, I have a hard time moving my hiney out of that chair once I settle myself in. Especially with the sunshine on my face. Joy! Somewhere out there is a cross stitch computer program in which you can design your own patterns or turn photos/art into patterns - therefore combining two relaxing vices into one deadly addiction.
Theresa - Thank you! If Tigger takes a funky picture of it once it's all done I shall post it. That is if I ever get myself out of that chair ....
Ouch! Poor Tigger! :)
I know, Felicia. He suffers.
any questions?
