When the bold branches
Bid farewell to rainbow leaves -
Welcome wool sweaters.

I want to make snow angels! It must be hard to resist doing that each time you see a fresh patch of gorgeous fluffy white snow. You must want to just belly flop down into it EVERY time (or do you?). I have a problem with needing to somehow make a dent in beautiful smooth things like snow.

Cat - I am also a snow angel girl, how DID you know! Only I haven't made one this year because the snow is not nearly deep enough. If I plopped down into the snow I would experience the lovely feeling of scraping about on rocks. We have lovely snow here though. It isn't big wonderful flakey snow but it's small and delicate and in the night it can appear like a gossamer spider web twinkly under stars if you look at it just so.

Well, Mizz Booshay. I am endeavouring to stay warm even as I type. My nose is pink and my fingers are freezing but the rest of me is toasty so I'm doing my best. Do you have a fireplace? I have one ... in my mind and it's big and has stone all around it and it makes lots of snappily noises.
