I know I've posted this before (all the way back when) but I love it so much I just wanted to show it again. I keep thinking I'll frame it someday and put it by our piano. Any suggestions for how you might frame it?
I also love this photo! Soooo incredibly cute, and so you! :o)
Not sure how you should frame it. Perhaps a nice wide matting with the photo smaller inside. Square frame perhaps. Maybe turn it into B&W for curiousity sake(If they can do that with old photos. Not sure?). Although it's really cool the way it is. Wow, thought I had no thoughts on the subject - turns out I'm full of them. :o)
Thanks for your help and comments, you three! My mom said that at this age I would sit at the piano, plunk a note, and then sing that note on key. Of course as my mother she may be a little biased (are you reading this, Mom?) but I like to think she's right and that I was a genius child. :) So, not being a ego-centric girl at all I'm thinking I'll go with that wallpaper idea ...! :)
My name is Colleen. I love taking my time and finding beauty and humour in things before they happen - as in seeds and salamanders.
"The sweetest thing in all my life has been the longing — to reach the Mountain, to find the place where all the beauty came from — my country, the place where I ought to have been born. Do you think it all meant nothing, all the longing? The longing for home? For indeed it now feels not like going, but like going back."

Oh my goodness. I think this is quite possible THE most adorable photo I have ever seen in my life. Who is this little bundle of sweetness?
A frame? You need to wallpaper a room in this photo. A whole house even.
That music looks rather complicated, what a talented wee thing!
I miss you Colleen. Will try calling you later today.
xx
I love this photo too. SO sweet! Unfortunately I have no expertise in framing, but I agree that it should be displayed.
