uh-oh

It's that time of year again ...


... the time of year when I feel like holing up in my little home under blankets and sip non-stop warmy drinks, wearing tights and arm-warmers, and dream consistently of baked goods. I also want to colour and make many little x's with bits of cheery thread. This means a ban on outside. This means there is no taking pictures in -30°C (nothing like a good flash-freezing of the hands). This means there is potential I may turn to jelly! (Only I hope it's a really good jelly, the kind that would go well with brie and roasted garlic baked in layers of buttery phyllo [see? JELLY.]). The problem is that it is like this here for, oh, seven months of the year and seven months is a long time to hibernate.


But it isn't too long of a time to colour.  I'm certain about that.
