woodlight therapy
Have you ever noticed how on particularly grey days the woods seem to have their own light?
The sky this day was dead flat but in so being it called the hidden things, things used to being tucked away and looked over, to attention.
It is a great remedy for the Grey Day Blues to enter the woods, however big or small they may be.
A gaggle of trees is all it takes. Take three big breaths of after-autumn air, spit out the grey, and look for it - the woodlight.
Then call me in the morning.
